References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean this entity.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@chnb17.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Products & pricing.
All product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Stock availability is not guaranteed; if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will refund you in full.
5. Orders & payment.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm dispatch by email. Payment is processed through third-party providers (including Razorpay). We do not store your full payment card details. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including shipping and applicable taxes.
6. Shipping & returns.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property.
The Site, its content, brand name CHNB 17, logo and all related material are the intellectual property of ASIKNI TRADERS and are protected under Indian and international law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it commercially without our prior written consent.
8. User content.
If you submit reviews, photos or other content to us or on the Site, you grant CHNB 17 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
