Shipping Policy.

CHNB 17 ships from the Chenab Valley to addresses across India. This policy explains how we process, dispatch, deliver and track your order. International shipping is not currently available.

1. Areas served.

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India through our logistics partner. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, you will be informed at checkout. In rare cases of remote or restricted regions, we may need to confirm serviceability before processing.

2. Processing time.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation. We do not process or dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. During festive seasons or in case of unforeseen disruption in the valley, processing may take slightly longer; we will let you know if your order is affected.

3. Delivery partners.

We ship through Shiprocket, an aggregator that routes each consignment through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post depending on the destination pincode. We use the partner best suited for your address.

4. Delivery timeline.

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 3 to 7 business days
  • Tier 2 and remote areas: 5 to 10 business days

These are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to weather, road conditions in the valley, regional holidays or other factors outside our control. We share a tracking number as soon as the shipment is picked up.

5. Shipping charges.

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order. Orders above ₹1,000 ship free of cost across India. The applicable fee is calculated and shown to you at checkout before payment.

6. Tracking your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the courier name, AWB or tracking number and a tracking link. You can use the same link to track the consignment with the courier directly.

7. Payment methods.

We accept prepaid payments only at this time. Supported methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps), credit and debit cards, net banking and digital wallets, all processed through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available at launch.

8. Failed or delayed delivery.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability or refusal of delivery, the package will typically be re-attempted by the courier. If all re-attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (additional shipping may apply) or to process a refund net of return shipping costs.

9. Damaged or lost shipments.

If your shipment is damaged in transit or marked as lost by the courier, our Refund & Return Policy applies. Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We handle courier claims on your behalf.
